Even before, I love going to Daiso because I get to see affordable stuff there. I remember back then when I went to one of its stores, I only planned of doing window shopping but I ended up buying items hahaha! Believe me when you go to a DAISO store you’ll be tempted to buy at least 1 item. 🙂
Moving on, the newest DAISO JAPAN store is located at UP Town Center and would you believe it? that this is already their 60th store here in the Philippines. WOW!.
If you will go around the DAISO JAPAN UP Town Center store, you will notice that it is well sectioned. And even if there are a lot of items inside, you will never feel that the place is crowded. This DAISO JAPAN branch showcased its new interiors featuring some design elements such as polished stainless, laminate and metal decking floor patterns which exudes that industrial interior look.
“The new store concept for DAISO JAPAN allows our products to take front and center- bringing it closer to Filipino consumers. The store was designed with elements that will keep it clean, bright, airy, and streamlined, making it easier for visitors to maneuver and explore the whole store. The new store design is in line with the mantra of the brand to provide quality, variety, and uniqueness in our product line, ” said Daiso Japan General Manager Katherine Yu.
During the store opening, DAISO JAPAN UP Town Center treated their customers with a flash sale where items were sold for Php60, Php160 and Php260 only. Wow! how’s that for additional savings! There’s also a FREE Matcha Ice cream for those who made purchase(Wasn’t able to take a photo of it though because I ate it right away. Hahaha!).
As another special treat, customers can get a Robinsons Reward card for only Php100 during the opening weekend where they can use it to earn points when they shop at DAISO JAPAN UP Town Center.
Lovin’ their selection for winter season. I bought an ear warmer, knitted gloves and knitted cap for Php60 pesos each(orig. price: Php88)which I will use for my Korea trip this coming December. Super love the items there and believe me, the designs really look good and are not cheap-looking. You’ll never think that it’s just Php60.
I also got other items like Salad on the Go Container for my healthy snacks, Soft handle Squid-type rake and non-slip gloves for my gardening needs, and a yard-tall Mickey mouse coin bank which is really cute. Got the items for a discounted price of Php60 each.
