Admit it, losing weight is a very tough thing to do and achieve specially when you have a very busy schedule. But ofcourse as the saying goes “If There’s a will, there’s a way”. You have to do the right formula for you to achieve your target weight. For me, you will need to have Determination+Discipline+Effort=Lose Weight.
Thankfully, I was lucky enough to be a part of a yearly fitness event of Medicard Philippines… The Medicard-Metafit Fitness Bootcamp Season 4.

Proud to say that some of them are former contestants and coaches of the Biggest Loser Philippine Edition. One of them is a champion of weightlifting/bodybuilding, another one is an athlete, and a Metafit bootcamp product.

I was very much excited to join this bootcamp because I really really want to lose weight. Medicard-Metafit Fitness Bootcamp Season 4 gave me the motivation to jumpstart my journey to fitness.
This fitness bootcamp ran for more than a month with two sessions per week. Believe me, these circuit exercises would really make you sweat so hard, pant more and would require a lot of your energy! These exercises are not for the weak. Each session is harder than the other, but I am amazed that it’s kinda addicting for me and I want to do more of it 🙂
Even though I wasn’t able to attend all the sessions(I think I have 3 absences for the whole Bootcamp), doing 4-minute workout during the days of my absence, I started to feel that I’m getting stronger. My endurance, stamina, agility and strength improved a lot. I may not be losing that much weight(not gaining either) but the coaches said that it is just fine because my fats are now being converted into muscles.
Finally… Our GRADUATION DAY!!! It was a different graduation day for me than the usual graduation that I knew. It’s not just an ordinary graduation for Medicard-Metafit Fitness Bootcamp Season 4. During the graduation day, we were again put to the test… one final and hard physical test. 🙂 whew! It was hard, tiring but fun!
Well, I am proud of myself because i’m the only blogger left to finish the bootcamp 🙂 I lost 2 lbs (from 127 lbs down to 125 lbs)ater all the workout sessions. Well, it may not be that much but I’m glad that there’s a difference and improvement.
I would like to thank Medicard Philippines, and PRC Inc. for the opportunity to join this amazing event. Special thanks to all our coaches…for the hardships hahaha, for the patience, motivation, advices, for the extra push when we are at the verge of giving up and for inspiring us that if you can do it we can also.
Medicard-Metafit Fitness Bootcamp Season 4 was really a memorable part of my fitness journey.
