It’s actually my first time to see the place. I’ve never been to their other branches before but when I saw Plana FORMA IL Terrazzo branch, I super love the modern, cool, inviting ambiance of the place. This is the kind of place that I would want to hang out for my workouts sessions. Thank God it’s much nearer to my place.
Plana FORMA is a barre technique workout through a combination of dance, pilates and yoga targeting hard to reach muscle areas such as the arms, abs, seat and thighs. Each workout class usually takes 55 minutes led by Plana FORMA’s well-trained fitness trainers. They also have other fitness classes such as Zumba and Piloxing.
