Ayala Mall’s Style Origin Invades The Catwalk At Trinoma
Style Origin, an annual lifestyle project campaign of Ayala Malls which features the latest trends in fashion and style just arrived and invaded the runway last June 21 & 22 at the Trinoma Mall Activity Center. This 2-day fashion show is a part of Ayala Mall’s 12 lifestyle destination list, touring around different Ayala Malls in the Metro. This opens shopper’s eyes to vision and artistry which brings awareness that fashionable pieces are within reach in Trinoma and other Ayala Malls.
On the first day, June 21 2014, Style Origin presents MENSWEEK Fashion show directed by Ariel Lozada, which features 33 of our country’s top designers showcasing their stylish view on men’s fashion.
These designers are highly acclaimed and are up coming names in the Filipino fashion industry namely, Gian Romano, Ivar Aseron, Joey Samson, Don Sevilla, Renan Pascon, Rhet Eala, Jerome Lorico, Jeff Rogador, Anthony Ramirez, Avel Bacudio, Bang Pineda, Chris Diaz, Dennis Lustico, Herbert Custodio, Jaggy Glarino, James Reyes, Jeffrey Rogador, Jerome Ang, Joel Escober, Johann MAnas, Nixon Marquez, Noel Crisostomo, Norman Noriega, Proudrace, Regine Dulay, Roland Alzate, Sassa Jimenez, Tonichi Nocom, Ulysses King, Willar Mateo, Y. Quisimbing and Ziggy Savella.
On the 2nd day, another fashion show was held on the same venue directed by Robby Carmona. This High Street Fashion Show is divided into 2-part timeslots. 4PM for the Global Brands featuring some of the foreign labels namely Cotton On, Mango, TopShop, Debenhams, and Sperry Top-Sider. Penshoppe, Bayo, Collezione C2, Maldita, and the Ramp Crossings are featured in the local Homegrown Labels at 6PM.
Celebrities and other brand ambassadors are also present during the fashion show. Kylie Padilla for Sketchers, Coleen Garcia for Jellbean, Epy Quizon for Mental, Elmo Magalona for Folded & Hung, JC De Vera for Tomato Time, and Gerard Anderson for Mint. Basketball hearthrobs Jeron Teng and Arnold Van Opstal of DLSU Green Archers and Kiefer Ravena of ADMU Blue Eagles also strutted the catwalk plus a special performance by Billy Crawford.
