Its cafe is being run by expert baristas trined by British Daniel Slakmon, who worked in famous international cruise ships. Slakmon, who heads the Hotel Quality and Development Unit of 2GO Travel concucted the coffee selections and cocktails of The Hub @Kilometer Zero Bar And Cafe. Daniel Slakmon also Prepared the bar menu with hints of Philippine fresh fruits mixed to alcoholic and non-acoholic bases to become indulging cocktails.
Chef JP Landingin, on the other hand, is in charge of The Hub @Kilometer Zero Bar And Cafe’s kitchen. He made twists out of your favorite Filipino cuisine.
