Filipino food chain Andok’s is adding a new option to its growing barbecue lineup with the launch of Dokitori, a Super Chicken BBQ Stick designed for diners looking for a convenient and affordable meal on the go.
Known for its iconic Litson Manok, Andok’s continues to expand its menu beyond whole chicken offerings. Dokitori joins the brand’s existing Pork Kasim BBQ and Liempo BBQ selections, giving customers a chicken option in its individual meal lineup.
A Convenient BBQ Option for Busy Diners
The new Dokitori comes as more consumers look for quick, budget friendly meals that fit into busy daily routines. Designed with solo diners in mind, the new offering is especially suited for students, young professionals, and office workers who want a satisfying meal without spending too much time dining in.
Priced at ₱65 per stick, Dokitori offers Andok’s signature charcoal grilled flavor in a convenient skewer format. Customers can also enjoy it as a complete boxed rice meal.
“Filipinos are always looking for quick, affordable meals that fit their daily rush,” said Maverick Leonardo Javier, President of Andok’s Litson Corporation.
According to Javier, Dokitori was developed to give customers more ways to enjoy Andok’s signature charcoal grilled taste, whether they are sitting down for a meal or grabbing something to eat while on the go.
Filipino Style Chicken BBQ in Every Skewer
Each 80 gram Dokitori skewer features familiar Filipino chicken barbecue flavors, combining a smoky marinade with a savory and slightly sweet glaze.
The chicken is grilled over charcoal and finished with lightly caramelized edges, creating the flavorful combination that is characteristic of Filipino style barbecue.
Another Step in Andok’s Menu Expansion
Since opening its doors in 1985, Andok’s has become a familiar name in Filipino food culture. The homegrown chain now operates more than 300 outlets nationwide.
The launch of Dokitori reflects the brand’s efforts to cater to changing dining habits while continuing to build on its well known food offerings. Andok’s has also begun expanding beyond the Philippines, with its initial international presence in Singapore providing a foundation for further growth.
Dokitori is part of a broader wave of new menu offerings from the brand. Other recent additions include Dokibab, a savory chicken kebab; Shrimpura, a crispy seafood option; and Chicken Alá Bone, a boneless charcoal grilled chicken offering.
Together, these products highlight Andok’s move toward more versatile meal options designed for different occasions, from family meals to quick individual cravings.
